When you book through Tripzseeker, any changes or cancellations may come with fees set by airlines, hotels, or other providers. These charges depend on the provider, travel type, and booking details. Amendments typically need to be requested at least 72 hours before departure, but this can vary. We suggest reaching out to our support team to confirm the specific rules for your booking, so you’re clear on what’s possible.

Ticket Refund Rules

Most tickets booked via Tripzseeker are non-refundable, as determined by airline and provider policies. If cancellations are allowed, you might receive a credit for future travel with the same traveler and provider, subject to expiration dates set by them. Cancellations must happen before departure—otherwise, they may not be processed. If you use a credit for a new booking, you’ll cover any fare difference. Our team can walk you through the restrictions to ensure you understand all terms.

Refund Eligibility and Process

To qualify for a refund, your booking’s fare rules must permit cancellations, and you must submit a request through our platform. “No show” bookings (missing your flight or service) are typically ineligible for refunds. We’ll work with providers to seek waivers, but approval isn’t guaranteed. Once you submit a request, you’ll get an email with a tracking number—this confirms we’ve received it, not that a refund is approved.

If approved, refunds depend on provider policies and may take 60-90 days to appear on your statement, with penalties often applied by suppliers. Our original booking fees are non- refundable, and a per-passenger, per-ticket service fee may apply for approved refunds. If the provider denies the refund, we’ll return any applicable post-ticketing service fees. Expect processing to take up to 21 business days for approved refunds.
